WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments via credit/debit cards and PayPal. We facilitate payments from over 100 countries and regions. While Australia is our primary market, we also have extensive experience serving customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, most European countries, Japan, and South Korea.
What is the usual delivery time?
The usual shipping time depends on the availability of stock in the buyer's country or region. If we have stock available locally, we can typically ship the items within 2 business days. However, if there is a shortage of stock in the buyer's location, we would need to ship the items from our main warehouse in Shanghai, China. The transit time from the Shanghai warehouse to the customer's location is typically between 25-38 days, including delivery to Australia, North America, Japan, and South Korea. Delivery to Japan and South Korea usually takes around 7-15 days, while Europe and other regions may take approximately 40 days.
It's important to note that shipping items from China via sea freight is generally much more cost-effective than domestic shipping from certain developed countries. Additionally, the Australian postal service has restrictions on weight and dimensions for domestic packages. As a result, we currently only support overseas shipping for certain heavier items weighing between 10-25 kilograms. We appreciate the understanding of our buyers.
About the return policy
The product can be returned within 15 days, at the buyer's expense, as long as it does not affect secondary sales.
If the product has quality problems, the buyer can request a return within 20 days, and we will bear the return shipping cost.
If the product is missing pieces, the buyer can request a reshipment from us, and we will bear the shipping cost.
